I would like it if you showed more knitted samples of the yarn, as this gives a good ides of it knitted up.

It would be great if you also sold patterns for the various yarns.

Your postal service is very good. Your yarns are very good value for money even with the postage added on they are still cheaper per ball than similar yarns in the UK. A search button on your site would make it easier to find a certain yarn that I am looking for.

I cannot believe you feel the need to apologize for your shipping charges. I was looking at the same exact product from a store in California, U.S. Not only was the product three times the price of yours, the shipping would have cost $5 more to have it arrive in the same amount of time. I have been really impressed at the Service - Ordering and delivery given - my order arrived in UK 27 hours after placing order. Postage costs are very reasonable for International delivery and the cost of the wool was also very competative. Haven't tried it yet but it looks and feels great. I'll be back!

Amazed at how fast your delivery system is, you are a lot quicker than some internal sites I have ordered from, sometimes it would be handy if you offered smaller quantities of yarn, as I mainly do craft work sometimes I only need 1 or 2 balls of a yarn especially the 'fancy' yarns. Even though the shipping rates are somewhat high, the price per skein is still much less than retail, and the shipping is incredibly fast! The variety of items is incredible and always in the latest fashion (i.e. scarf yarn varieties). I defintely recommend yarn-paradise.com to my friends.
