Very fast delivery, surprisingly fast. As a new knitter I would like to see more sample garments made especially of new yarns or yarns for the next season. It would make it easier for me to order yarn.

The products I received from you were some of the most beautiful yarns I have found. For some reason here in the USA, they seem to have stopped carrying specialty yarns. I do freeform crochet and love the different textures and colors of new yarns that I have not been able to find where I live. The website was easy to navigate, the colors on the site were very accurate of the product and I liked that you keep me informed of my purchase, before and after. I will order again and again. My address was incorrectly conveyed to the delivering company so it took quite a while to arrive. I was surprised with the delay and discovered the address was wrong.

After that the delivery company (Skynet) was quite nice regarding arranging a new schedule for delivery.

This was my second order and as with the first was delighted with the quality of the wool purchased and the delivery was first class. I'm not unduly worried about delivery costs as the total price of wool and delivery costs is still much less than I would pay for here for the same quality of product.

Your website is so easy to follow and the range of wool is fantastic. Sale items are exceptionally inexpensive without losing quality of the yarn.

Absolutely fabulous. where I am located, in Canada, I am unable to get any yarn that is not acrylic. Love working with the alpaca and angora's that your supplies - prices are great, as well as the shipping, I still cannot believe how the yarn arrives at my door one week after ordering!

I am always amazed by the fast delivery. I place an order with you on Tues and receive it on Fri. I have ordered from Mary Maxim that is just across the state of Michigan from me and it takes them at least 3 days to process the order and then an additional 3 or 4 to get it to me. I also ordered yarn from Joanns.com and the distribution center is 20 miles from my home and it still takes them 4-5 days to get it to me.

I've already purchased from you once before, a yellow that I couldn't find anywhere else that had to be an exact shade. My scarf turned out so wonderful, I ordered a light purple that matched what I needed and a grey that was just right for my designs. From there, I placed an order of at least 5 or 6 different colors, some duplicates, since your pricing is so reasonable compared to other stores and because eyelash yarn is so hard to find in person. Even with you in Turkey, the delivery time was exceptionally fast. My only wish would be that when one orders multiple purchases from you, that perhaps you could discount the shipping. Nothing too great, of course, but just as something to provide even greater value to your services (5% or something) which I think would help you get even more business. I put your product in my thrift/miscellaneous store and it looks wonderful. Once it catches on I am sure many more orders will be coming in from us. Shipping cost was not bad at all. Even with marking the product up to keep the doors open the prices are half the cost of yarn in Anchorage. The colors and designs are beautiful they really brighten the store up.

I do not shop on line generally, but if everyone made it as safe and easy as this company, I would do a lot more shopping on line. I found this company's web site really easy to use and once the order was placed, the e-mail updates gave reassurance that everything was progressing well from packing right through to delivery. Very efficient and slick operation.



The quality of the products I have ordered are very good in general, a couple of breaks in the yarns, but I have experienced that when purchasing yarns in the UK and it doesn't seem to matter whether they are 'home grown' or imported.
