Note from Ms. Rachel
Hello,
After spending some time looking at the wonderful yarns that you offer, I would like to substitute ICE GRASS in color red/orange/yellow for the Angora red/burgundy that is not available. Please let me know if this is possible. If not, second choices would be 400GR ICE Cotton lurex in red/silver or ICE Eyelash Blend in red/ yellow/pink. Again, thank you for your patience and persistence! Rachel

“For those of you who (like me) enjoy knitting in the winter months, I’ve found an excellent online shop for yarns.
Having scoured Limoges and its surrounding Centre Commercials for some nice, reasonably priced wool in the exact colour I needed, I returned home empty-handed.
Then I found this Turkish company online…
http://www.yarn-paradise.com
They have thousands to choose from and are cheaper than I’ve ever found anywhere. I placed my order on the Friday and it was delivered by courrier the following Tuesday. The quality is superb and even taking shipping costs into account it was about a euro a ball!
I won’t be buying wool from anywhere else in future!”

Can anyone tell me where I can find some patterns for using long butterfly lurex as I have been given some and don’t know what to do with it. Also have some similar with short ‘butterfly’ bits (1cm approx)

I’m working with Techno Blend now, that’s another yarn which deserves a very high recommendation : effect kid mohair with a main thread remembering a high silk content ! Wow, that’s soooo beautiful ! As often I’ve tried mohair I had to struggle with the same hair problem, and don’t tell me about kid mohair, as soft and nice it is to touch, it’s very messy any way you handle it. Techno Blend is the absolute ideal yarn, so incredible soft and very beautiful to look at.
One question, will you continue to carry these two yarns, or are they over once your stocks are sold ? I think you had more colors in the beginning, didn’t you ? Techno Blend in Black or a Flaming red would be my dream….

An email from our customer Suzanne Bethke from France.
“Hello dear yarnparadise
I’m writing you because I’d like to make a suggestion regarding this product below.
I finished a fine sweater with it and I noticed a couple of things;
first of all it’s the FIRST long-hair yarn of this quality which DOES NOT loose its hair !!!! Please believe me that I’ve knitted a lot, really a lot with a lot of different qualities, expensive trademark yarns as well as cheap no-name products (which usually turn out to be of better quality !), and everything inbetween. I never could find a long-hair yarn which didn’t loose its hair, already during knitting you had it all over the place, and sure enough while wearing the sweater you left your traces everywhere
Some told me you should freeze the yarn in your refrigerator, well, it’s not to everybody’s taste, I think…
Yours is certainly the first one standing the test, not one single hair I could detect, neither while working with it or while wearing it. I definitely think you should MENTION this fact in your ad(s), believe me, people will appreciate it, it’s rare to find.
The yarn itself seem to be rather hard and stiff, not promissing a good result, but to my biggest surprise, already during knitting it kind of envelopped the hard knots and main thread into all its hairy composition. Once worn the hair would build a very furry effect, very comfortable to wear and making a not only lovely sweater but also a very warm one. I already received a handful of compliments for it !
I thought you would like hearing these consumer opinions of mine, and what goes for the hair it’s true and I strongly believe that you should use it as a marketing argument.
My best wishes !
Suzanne”
The yarn subject to this message was, Techno Butterfly
